Nervous System Informed Residential Care Training
A specialized SHSI workforce-development system designed for residential care and youth-serving environments. The training develops staff capacity to understand activation, regulate themselves under pressure, recognize what is happening beneath behavior, establish relational and environmental safety, intervene skillfully, maintain professional boundaries, and support youth without unnecessarily escalating situations.
